Job Overview
  • This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end service delivery in the Invoice to Cash (Collections), managing inbound calls, and the dispute process.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in collections/dispute management, strong customer engagement skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage customer collections and monitor KPI results to meet Service Level Agreement targets;
  2. Conduct AR forecasting and analysis, ensure internal controls are in place, and document processes and policies;
  3. Work on continuous improvement programs to standardize and improve the efficiency of the collection and dispute processes across various entities;
  4. Manage Sales Order Releases within scope of authority;
  5. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager and answer incoming calls from customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or related business discipline;
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, with extensive expertise in collections/dispute management;
  • Strong customer engagement skills for both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Willingness to work night shift, basic negotiation skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities;
  • Fluent in English (oral and written) and proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP;
  • Excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, and knowledge of SAP systems.
