Account Receivable Professional Role Overview

This Enterprise Operations Account Receivable Professional role involves working in a delivery center, delivering deep technical and industry expertise to clients worldwide.

As a Senior Order to Cash Analyst, you will be responsible for handling OTC transactional tasks in areas such as customer master data, credit management, billing, invoicing, document validation, order processing, cash application, cash collection, and dispute management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling OTC transactional tasks in customer master data, credit management, billing, invoicing, and other areas.
  • Maintaining good relationships with client personnel and ensuring daily activities are fulfilled according to agreed procedures and business goals.
  • Delivering services to meet SLAs and OLAs requirements from the area of responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C) with basic accounting knowledge and understanding of various accounting principles.
  • Good understanding or working knowledge of general finance and various finance concepts and principles.
  • Applied knowledge and understanding of Customer Masterdata Management, Order and Credit Management, Billing and Invoicing, Collections and Disputes, Deductions and Cash Application.
  • Intermediate knowledge and skills in MS Excel.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Additional desirable skills include:

  • Experience in participating and collaborating in team meetings.
  • Ability to achieve individual and business metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience in meeting all baseline and project goals for accuracy and timeliness.
  • At least a year of accumulated experience in collections support (voice support).
  • At least a year of accumulated experience in disputes management.
