Cash Collection Specialist Opportunity

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills to work efficiently in a global team, collecting cash from customers in a timely manner while maintaining positive relationships. This role involves managing a high-volume multi-currency ledger, adhering to agreed-upon terms, and developing strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful cash collection in a busy global AR team and possess advanced Excel skills, hands-on exposure to accounting systems (preferably NetSuite), and experience working with a legal ledger.

This position requires strong written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills and relationship building abilities. The ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively, including multiple tasks and responsibilities with minimal supervision, is also essential.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in cash collection in a global AR team
  • Tenacious and professionally assertive individual
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
