
Administrative Operations Coordinator

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our daily activities and management tasks. You will work closely with senior executives to optimize processes, manage schedules, and coordinate various operational tasks to guarantee the smooth functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
- Assist in the coordination and execution of operational projects and initiatives
- Maintain organized filing systems and efficient workflow processes
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration
- Conduct research and prepare reports to support decision-making by senior management
- Handle travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including scheduling orientation sessions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Willingness to work remotely and adhere to US working hours (Monday to Friday)
- Background in finance is beneficial
