- Enter work orders, project details, and job updates into construction software","
- Prepare and process invoices, and assist with accounts payable and receivable entries","
- Maintain accurate financial and project records in accounting software","
- Research permit and license requirements for jobs in various municipalities","
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and field crews to ensure timely information flow","
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, invoices, and project documents","
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other general administrative duties
Requirements:
","- Prior experience in an administrative/bookkeeping role within construction preferred","
- Experience with construction software strongly preferred; familiarity with other construction software accepted","
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)","
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette","
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
