  • Research permit and license requirements for jobs in various municipalities","
  • Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and field crews to ensure timely information flow","
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for contracts, invoices, and project documents","
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other general administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative/bookkeeping role within construction preferred","
  • Experience with construction software strongly preferred; familiarity with other construction software accepted","
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)","
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette","
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
