Job Profile

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of DevOps Engineer with expertise in Grafana monitoring tools.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Monitoring Solutions: Design, implement and maintain Grafana dashboards to visualize system performance metrics. Ensure efficient data collection and error-free visualization.
  • Collaborative Infrastructure Management: Collaborate with the DevOps team to manage infrastructure using tools like Terraform and Ansible. Utilize these tools effectively for smooth operation and scalability.
  • System Performance Analysis: Analyze system performance and availability to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Implement necessary changes to enhance overall system efficiency.
  • Incident Response: Participate in incident response by monitoring alerts and providing timely resolutions to outages and performance degradation.
  • Monitoring Solution Integration: Work closely with development teams to integrate monitoring solutions into CI/CD pipelines. Ensure seamless integration and real-time data visibility.
  • Documentation and Troubleshooting: Maintain thorough documentation of monitoring configurations, processes and troubleshooting methods. Ensure accurate records and efficient resolution of system issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Grafana Expertise: Proven experience with Grafana and its application in production environments.
  • Monitoring Solutions: Strong understanding of monitoring solutions and metrics gathering techniques.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Docker and Kubernetes: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployment.
  • Scripting Languages: Basic knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Python or Go.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Monitoring Tools: Experience in managing monitoring tools and solutions (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK stack).
  • Infrastructure as Code: Proficient in infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • CI/CD Tools: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD etc.).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system reliability.
  • Linux/Unix Operating Systems: Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems and networking concepts.
