We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Operations Performance Specialist

Job Overview

The Operations Performance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations by monitoring attendance, productivity, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring & Analysis
    • Review attendance and productivity reports to identify trends and anomalies, ensuring timely intervention to maintain optimal performance levels.
    • Monitor real-time dashboards for team member status, productivity levels, and performance issues, providing proactive support to mitigate potential disruptions.
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Provide critical alerts to stakeholders to facilitate swift issue resolution before they impact client satisfaction.
    • Compile daily summary reports on attendance, productivity, and performance trends to inform data-driven decision making.
  • Collaboration & Support
    • Cultivate strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that drive retention and growth initiatives.
    • Offer expert guidance, including coaching or training recommendations, to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Performance Metrics
    • Achieve high accuracy and timeliness of daily reports.
    • Ensure rapid response times to critical alerts.
    • Maintain low rates of client escalations due to attendance/productivity issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in reporting, workforce management, data analysis, or operations support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and workforce monitoring systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
