Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading a team and overseeing their performance to ensure individual goals are met. The Team Leader will coordinate tasks, foster teamwork, and conduct regular touch base meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions to track progress and identify development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the work of team members, provide guidance, support, and feedback, and ensure that all team members meet their performance goals.
  • Coordinate and assign tasks to team members and ensure that everyone works together to achieve the team's objectives.
  • Conduct touch base meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions and identify opportunities and progress of each team member.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, monitor progress, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Collaborate with different departments within the organization to ensure projects and initiatives are aligned with the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
