Product Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Product Director to lead our product strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Owning the product roadmap, balancing customer experience with commercial goals across key verticals.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient execution.
  • Analyzing product performance metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous optimization.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in product management including 3+ years leading a team.
  • Proven track record in eCommerce, digital financial services or similar sectors.
  • Technical background is essential. Expertise in product metrics, user experience and system architecture with hands-on experience managing the full product lifecycle.
  • Skilled in writing product roadmaps, product requirements documentation and business requirement documentation.
  • Exceptional analytical, project management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Trello or Asana.
