Lead Product Solution Designer

This role involves overseeing the end-to-end product design function, encompassing UX/UI designers, researchers, and product design strategists.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive user journeys that align with business goals and deliver exceptional value to customers.

  • Leadership & Strategy:
  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Product Solution Design function under the Global Product team.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of Product Designers, UX/UI Designers, Design Researchers, and UX Writers.
  • Advocate for design excellence and user-centric thinking across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Design Execution & Innovation
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from discovery and ideation to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
  • Implement design systems, frameworks, and tools that drive consistency and efficiency at scale.
  • Champion design thinking and research-led innovation, integrating user feedback and data into all design decisions.

Job Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or user experience strategy, with at least 4 years in a leadership or head-of-role.
  • Proven experience designing for digital products at scale (fintech, crypto, super apps, payments, or e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating deep expertise in design strategy, user journeys, and end-to-end product design.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in behavioral science, design psychology, or UX research is a plus.
  • Prior experience in fintech, payments, digital wallets, or blockchain/crypto industries.
