Job Overview

As an E-Commerce Sales Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the buyer's journey for e-commerce brands. Your passion for customer care and sales support will make every interaction count.


Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Assistance: Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS for inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and refunds.
  • Product Recommendations: Assist customers in making informed shopping decisions through personalized suggestions and detailed product knowledge.
  • Order Management: Monitor, update, and resolve order-related concerns with speed and accuracy.
  • Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to boost revenue and improve the customer experience.
  • Customer Insights: Record and analyze customer interactions and feedback to inform internal improvements.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 1+ year of remote/online experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support.
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk is an asset.
  • Ability to remain calm and resourceful when handling customer concerns.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivation and comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
