Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Learning and Development Head. This individual will be responsible for developing, facilitating, and evaluating corporate learning programs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing training cycles from needs assessment to delivery, evaluation, and post-reviews. Additionally, they will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in developing and implementing performance management processes, budget management, and organizational learning initiatives.

  • Develop, facilitate, and evaluate corporate learning programs.
  • Manage the whole training cycle from needs assessment to delivery, evaluation, and post-reviews.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes.
  • Manage budgets and expenses.
  • Develop and implement organizational learning initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science/Psychology or related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Training Head/Manager, with expertise in whole training cycle management, budget management, performance management, and organizational learning initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience automating performance management manual processes and incorporating them into HRIS systems.
  • Proven experience in policy making, business partnering/account management, project management, and process improvement.
  • Experience in other HR functions such as employee engagement, talent acquisition, compensation, and benefits.
