Job Description

The role of the Talent Development Analyst I is to work closely with the Head of Practice and Divisional Talent Teams to manage the administration and logistics of learning & talent development programs across the globe. The Global Learning and Talent Development Analyst is responsible for providing Talent Development reporting.

Key responsibilities include working closely with vendors, internal and external facilitators and venues to ensure all program logistics are planned and executed to meet or exceed standards of delivery including VILT. This also involves executing the L&TD communication and marketing plan to ensure development opportunities are well-publicized.

Additionally, the Talent Development Analyst I will maximize the systems and technologies that support the L&TD portfolio delivery and participate in meetings to identify LMS enhancements. They will also serve as the primary point of contact for the LMS system for course setup, registration and other LMS functions and queries.

Other key responsibilities include handling first level of support for divisional LMS queries and other functional administrators, escalating LMS incidents with the LMS technical team as required. The Talent Development Analyst I will also ensure divisions apply recommended practices to deploy learning for consistent and reliable results.

Furthermore, they will manage the process to regularly evaluate and report impact across the L&TD portfolio using metrics such as participation, program quality and cost. They will also support the L&TD budgeting process and manage invoicing and payment for vendors and ensure business units and functions are cross charged appropriately.

Lastly, the Talent Development Analyst I will identify best practices or opportunities to make delivery more cost-efficient, maintain a master library of all course content and materials with appropriate backup to ensure disaster recovery and partner with the Talent Development CoE to coordinate the annual needs analysis and demand planning exercise.
