Corporate Learning and Development Role

This role involves being part of a leading financial institution's corporate learning and development team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, facilitate and evaluate corporate learning programs for the organization.
  • Manage the training cycle from needs assessment to evaluation and post-reviews.
  • Develop, manage and administer performance management, online e-learning, leadership and management development programs, and talent management initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science/Psychology or related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Training Head/Manager with expertise in:
    • Training cycle management, curriculum development, vendor management, and budgeting.
    • Performance management process using balance scorecard.
    • Organization-wide learning initiatives using various channels.
    • Competency analysis, soft skills development, and functional program facilitation.
    • Management development initiative creation and curriculum design.
    • Talent development program implementation, career development programs, and succession planning.
    • Automation of performance management manual processes and HRIS integration.
    • Policy making and business partnering.
  • Hands-on experience with performance management automation and HRIS integration.
