About the Role

This is an opportunity to work as a Loan Portfolio Assistant, supporting the team in monitoring and managing resolved loans. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, proactive risk management skills, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve Loan Monitoring: Track and manage resolved loans, ensuring all relevant processes are followed.
  • Liaise with Legal Representatives: Follow up with legal representatives to obtain final Orders or Agreements.
  • Interpretation of Documents: Review and analyze legal documents to determine repayment obligations and financial implications.
  • Maintain Communication: Maintain regular communication with law firms to track loan resolution progress.
  • Closure Confirmation Processes: Send closure confirmation emails upon successful loan repayment and resolution.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in loan administration, finance, legal services, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of financial documents, loan agreements, and legal orders.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and follow up with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy and professionalism when dealing with sensitive client matters.
