Remote Association Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Association Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of homeowner associations (HOAs), acting as the primary remote contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HOA management, property management, or real estate coordination. They will possess exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of HOAs, serving as the primary point of contact for board members, homeowners, and vendors.
  • Coordinate meetings, ensure compliance with governing documents, and maintain smooth operations.
  • Prepare agendas, collect supporting documents, and coordinate meeting minutes with administrative support.
  • Track and manage HOA compliance matters, such as rule enforcement, owner correspondence, and architectural review processes.
  • Collaborate with internal accounting to ensure accurate budgets, dues, and financials.
  • Monitor open action items for each HOA and follow up with vendors, internal team members, or board contacts as needed.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in HOA management, property management, or real estate coordination.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Zoom, and HOA/PM software.

Bonus Points:
  • CMCA or AMS certification.
  • Experience working remotely in a startup or small business environment.
  • Familiarity with Colorado HOA regulations.
