Job Description

As a Loan Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end loan processing from verifying applications to ensuring compliance with Australian lending standards. You will work closely with our internal teams and utilize CRM tools to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records.

Your daily tasks will include reviewing, verifying, and processing loan application documents submitted through digital channels, coordinating with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data, and performing audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

  • Utilize CRM tools and web-based systems to track loan applications, update statuses, and maintain borrower records
  • Review, verify, and process loan application documents submitted through digital channels
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of application data
  • Perform audits of loan documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
  • Generate and send digital communications to clients regarding loan status updates and required documentation
  • Extract and interpret data from loan systems, web analytics, and reports for internal use
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum of 6 months of home/mortgage loan processing experience in the Australian market
  • Experience working with CRM systems such as ApplyOnline or AOL, Simpology, and loan origination platforms
  • Strong data entry, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with loan documentation and compliance standards
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
