Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the loan processing team, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations by collecting, verifying, and organizing borrower documentation.

Main Responsibilities
  • Borrower Documentation: Collect, verify, and organize borrower documentation (income statements, credit reports, bank statements, etc.)
  • Loan Applications: Prepare and review loan applications for completeness before submission
  • Data Management: Input and maintain accurate data in the loan origination system (LOS) and CRM
  • Coordination: Coordinate and follow up with appraisers, title companies, and insurance providers
  • File Progress: Track loan file progress and ensure compliance requirements and deadlines are met
  • Communication: Draft and send communications to clients, partners, and internal teams on behalf of the Loan Officer
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in mortgage brokerage or financial services is required
  • Familiarity with loan origination systems is desirable
