Email Marketing Specialists support clients using leading platforms for email marketing, transactional messaging, and deliverability optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns.
  2. Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication, and IP management.
  3. Troubleshoot email-related issues and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems.
  4. Educate customers on email compliance standards.
  5. Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
  6. Create and manage visual email automation workflows.
  7. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
  8. Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.

Recommended Qualifications:

  1. 2+ years of experience in email operations or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
  2. Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols, and sender reputation.
  3. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
  4. Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
  5. Knowledge of email compliance regulations.
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  7. Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
