Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned Email Marketing Strategist to drive the success of our lifecycle marketing programs.

In this role, you'll develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that meet revenue targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.

You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs, building and deploying emails, testing and QAing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign & Program Management: Develop and deploy multi-channel campaigns, build and test emails, and track performance metrics
  • Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs to achieve quarterly revenue targets
  • Create and execute experiments and A/B tests for one-off emails and longer journeys
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment
  • Review creative assets and ensure alignment with campaign briefs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for execution teams, providing context for audience segmentation and targeting
Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyze program performance, preparing detailed reports and actionable recommendations
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of emails across key metrics
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email, and CRM
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience in campaign development, creative briefing, and production workflows
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Workspace, and ClickUp
