Overview

As a seasoned marketing professional, we are seeking an experienced Senior Email Marketing Specialist to drive revenue through email campaigns.

This is not a role for entry-level marketers. We're looking for a strategic expert to own the complete retention strategy for high-growth brands, leveraging data and analytics to maximize results.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize email campaigns using Klaviyo and other retention platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably with a focus on retention.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing email campaigns, including metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data insights to inform marketing decisions.
