What You'll Do as a Senior Cold Email Marketing Specialist:

Own the Outreach Process from End to End

• Craft and execute cold email and multichannel outreach campaigns (Email + LinkedIn) that consistently get replies and book qualified sales calls.
• Write persuasive, highly personalized cold emails designed to convert to templates.
• Manage inboxes and multiple email domains while ensuring top-tier deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

Leverage Cutting-Edge Tools + AI to Work Smarter, Not Harder

• Use advanced tools like ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Jasper, Lemlist, Mailshake, and Outreach to personalize, scale, and automate outreach at a senior level.
• Scrape and enrich data using tools like and PhantomBusterno recycled lead lists here.
• Stay compliant with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and deliverability best practices.

Optimize, Scale, and Drive Real Results

• Analyze performance data, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize subject lines, copy, and sequences for higher open rates, replies, and booked calls.
• Collaborate closely with founders and decision-makers no BPO bottlenecks or micromanagement.
• Align your campaigns with broader business goals and be directly rewarded for performance and impact.

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Doing cold outreach, SDR, or email marketing in a BPO or agency setting or you have at least 2 years of proven success booking appointments through cold emails and LinkedIn outreach
• You're confident using tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, and Outreach, plus personalization tools like Clay, ChatGPT, Jasper, , and PhantomBuster
• You know how to write cold emails that get opened and replied to persuasive, clear, and not spammy
• You understand how to manage domains, inboxes, and email settings to maintain strong deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
• You make decisions based on data tracking results, running A/B tests, and improving campaigns based on performance
• You're quick to learn new tools, comfortable with AI, and always looking for ways to improve outreach results
• You stay compliant with cold email laws and best practices like GDPR and CAN-SPAM
• You're likely in a BPO or agency role now, doing great work but you're ready for a direct-hire position with better pay, more freedom, and long-term growth
