Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize complex meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Assist with strategic project management tasks, including tracking project progress and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative professional role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
