Job Title: Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership in a fast-paced organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level assistance, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, coordination across multiple stakeholders, and maintaining organized filing systems.

In addition, the Administrative Coordinator will draft, edit, and format high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools, manage email and phone correspondence, track project timelines and milestones, and conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.

This is a remote position that offers competitive salary and career growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling sensitive information with integrity, advanced technical skills in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior leadership.

  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and corporate records.
  • Manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Track project timelines and milestones, and assist in coordinating special initiatives.
  • Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of handling sensitive information with integrity.
