Job Description

We are seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator to oversee the smooth operation of our projects across teams. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

This Part-Time Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that all necessary details are taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee scheduling, task tracking, and workflow alignment across teams.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and project status updates.
  • Coordinate between strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support vendor and contractor onboarding, invoicing, and communication.
  • Flag bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and support leadership in operational decision-making.
  • Provide weekly operational reports on progress, resource allocation, and upcoming needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as an Operations Coordinator, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative coordination.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup with limited supervision.
