Job Title: Part-Time Coordinator

Location: Remote (Global)

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled coordinator to support our operations team. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. You will assist with day-to-day tasks, streamline processes, and ensure project details are handled efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage scheduling, task tracking, and workflow alignment across teams.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and project status updates.
  • Coordinate between strategy, creative, and data teams to meet deadlines.
  • Support vendor and contractor onboarding, invoicing, and communication.
  • Identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and provide leadership support.
  • Supply weekly operational reports on progress, resource allocation, and upcoming needs.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of operations, project management, or administrative coordination experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar).
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setup with limited supervision.
