Job Summary

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized Financial Coordinator to manage various financial tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent bookkeeping skills, proficiency in Xero, and strong administrative abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Manage daily transactions, process payments from Stripe and Wise, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate with clients via TutorCruncher, handle email communications, track lessons logs and payments, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with record-keeping.
Requirements:
  1. 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping with Xero proficiency.
  2. 1-2 years of administrative or customer service experience.
  3. Familiarity with Dext, TutorCruncher, Stripe, and Wise is advantageous.
  4. Knowledge of UK accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) or willingness to undertake training.
  5. Excellent English communication skills.
  6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  7. Self-motivated with remote work experience.
  8. Availability to work part-time with UK time zone flexibility.
