Job Description

Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for client success? We're looking for an Account Executive to assist our team in keeping things running smoothly. In this role, you'll help prepare client proposals, coordinate campaigns, and provide excellent service to our partners. If you're proactive, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Minimum Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales and marketing team by assisting with client proposals, campaign coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in revenue growth by preparing and reviewing client proposals, confirming campaign details, and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Be a client go-to by responding to inquiries professionally and efficiently to maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinate across teams by working closely with other departments to support campaign execution.
  • Step in when needed by acting as the client's point of contact when the sales or marketing team is unavailable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome (Having 6 months of experience in sales support, account management, or a similar role is a plus but not required.)
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work well with different teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Amenable to work 10AM - 2PM PH Time

Job Types: Part-time, Fresh graduate

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
