We optimize business operations for law firms through efficient processes and better decision-making.

Job Role:
  • Pull service tickets from various queues and intake customer requests using documentation tools. Record challenge details, expected outcomes, steps to reproduce, and necessary logs or attachments.
  • Utilize case management systems to track and record all information regarding the challenge.
  • Employ remote access utilities and other resources to replicate customer issues.
  • Seek solutions by leveraging internal knowledge bases, peer expertise, and documentation.
  • Isolate causes and take corrective actions while minimizing disruption to the customer's business operations.
  • Provide timely and effective status updates throughout the service request lifecycle.
  • Communicate complex business concepts and procedures to resolve customer issues and potential future preventative measures.
  • Maintain accurate dashboard management of active service requests and their aging specifications.
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and internal peers. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and follow up to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction and build rapport through successful interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members, departments, and interdepartmental peers to effectively resolve customer issues. Participate in team meetings and contribute suggestions and solutions to increase effectiveness. Seek and apply knowledge gained from colleagues and proactively share knowledge with others.
  • Acquire and maintain expertise in Elite's software products and application suites, as well as operating platforms, to assist customers in utilizing and adapting software to manage their business effectively financially and operationally. Complete application bootcamps and continuing education as necessary. Develop proficient SQL skills for the role.
  • Continuously acquire new skills – gain technical knowledge of how Elite's software products work in cloud-based and hybrid environments, becoming familiar with tools that allow for proactive monitoring of hosted environments.
  • Remain flexible to accommodate an ever-changing landscape of Elite-hosted software.
  • Help clients use software to adhere to accounting best practices including month end and year end balancing.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting and complex financial data mining on client systems through extensive use of SQL Management Studio, backend logs, front-end testing, research, and liaising with development teams.
