Remote Business Growth Representative

We're a performance-driven marketing and lead generation company helping businesses expand through strategic outreach and consultative sales.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to warm leads and guiding them to successfully finalize their registration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage prospective clients in consultative conversations to understand their needs.
  • Persuade and assist leads to complete their business registration.
  • Accurately document call outcomes and maintain lead data in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance targets.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3+ years of outbound sales experience in B2B or service-based sales.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls daily.
