Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records and meeting performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery, sharing best practices and expertise.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills, with previous customer service or call center experience a plus.
