Job Opportunity

We are seeking a key professional to drive the adoption of digital workplace technologies across our organization.

This strategic role will play a critical part in increasing employee productivity by promoting the use of digital tools and solutions.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Staying up-to-date with product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Researching how other organizations use industry workplace solutions, identifying opportunities for application across our business.
  • Determining adoption/usage baselines for current solutions, designing and executing programs to increase adoption/usage.
  • Deploying new features or incremental changes, providing support for end-users as a subject matter expert.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, ITIL foundation certification preferred.
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position within our organization.
