Content Creator and Social Media Strategist

About the Role:

  • As our Content Creator, you will guide hotel owners and marketers in building engaging, authentic, and effective social media strategies.
  • Focus on creating compelling content for Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video to improve visibility, attract more direct traffic, and convert followers into bookers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of hotel clients' needs and goals.
  • Teach hotel clients how to create high-quality content that resonates with their target audience.
  • Collaborate with the content team to translate trends into actionable hotel strategies.
  • Stay updated on social platform changes and translate those insights into client guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in social media strategy, content creation, or coaching.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and short-form video trends.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • A strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand storytelling.
