We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of our café and pasalubong business with 3 branches, as well as other affiliated businesses including a restaurant, water refilling station, rental spaces, and concrete hollow blocks. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, storytelling, and digital marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, brand visibility, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short-form videos, graphics) across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Develop monthly content calendars tailored to each business.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Capture and edit photos/videos from business locations, products, and events.

Community Engagement & Growth

  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain online communities to strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze audience engagement; suggest strategies to boost reach and interaction.

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Create and execute social media marketing campaigns for product launches, promos, events, and seasonal content.
  • Utilize Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok/Instagram advertising tools to run paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align online promotions with business goals.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, conversions).
  • Use insights to refine content strategy and maximize ROI.
  • Provide monthly reports and recommendations for improvement.

Cross-Business Management

  • Handle social media presence for multiple businesses:

  • Pasalubong/Café (3 branches)

  • Restaurant
  • Water Refilling Station
  • Rental Spaces

  • Concrete Hollow Blocks Supplier

  • Tailor strategies to fit the target audience and unique branding of each business.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing business social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Strong skills in content creation, photography, videography, and editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics tools.
  • Experience running paid ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads).
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands/accounts at once.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.

Work Setup:
