Influencer Collaboration Specialist Role

Summary:

Owning and executing influencer marketing efforts involves researching, identifying, and reaching out to social media influencers across various platforms to develop campaigns that drive business results.

The Influencer Collaboration Specialist is responsible for building relationships with brand-aligned creators on social media to support product launches and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or a similar digital marketing role.

  • Proactively researches and identifies influencers across multiple social media platforms to collaborate with
  • Manages the full lifecycle of influencer campaigns, including outreach, onboarding, brief creation, content coordination, and performance tracking
  • Negotiates deliverables and rates with creators to ensure campaigns stay within budget constraints
  • Tracks campaign performance and audience engagement to continually optimize efforts
  • Maintains a database of high-performing influencers and audience insights
  • Collaborates closely with internal marketing, design, and sales teams to support product launches and initiatives

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication and copywriting skills, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and be highly organized with the ability to manage multiple influencer campaigns simultaneously. Familiarity with the psilocybin/microdosing space is a plus.
