Paid Social Advertising Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Advertising Specialist to execute cross-platform campaigns and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about performance marketing, with expertise in combining creativity with strategic planning.

  • Create, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns across various platforms
  • Develop and test audiences, ad creatives, and placements to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Analyze and report on key metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS) and adjust strategies based on insights
  • Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to craft compelling ad messaging
  • Stay informed about platform updates and best practices in paid social advertising

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising, proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other social ad platforms, and a strong understanding of paid social KPIs and media buying strategies.
