Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across multiple platforms to grow reach and engagement.

Key responsibilities include planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content aligned with brand voice and campaign goals, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns based on insights.

Additionally, you will stay up-to-date on trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to keep our content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration with the marketing team on integrated campaigns, paid ads, and influencer partnerships is also essential.

Ultimately, your goal will be to foster meaningful interactions with our online community and support email and digital marketing initiatives with social-first content ideas.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
  • Familiarity with paid ads, influencer outreach, or SEO is a plus.
