Regional Sales Director for Investment Migration

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive growth across East and Southeast Asia. This role focuses on building and managing partnerships with licensed agents, wealth managers, and family offices to ensure alignment with our international marketing strategies in the investment migration sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Identification and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (migration agents, wealth managers, law firms, real estate brokers) to expand our regional presence.
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and manage a pipeline of ultra-high net worth (UHNW) and high net worth (HNW) clients through regional partners.
  • Performance Monitoring and Support: Monitor partner performance and provide sales enablement tools, training, and product updates to ensure their success.
  • Industry Representation: Represent us at regional roadshows, conferences, and networking events to strengthen our brand presence.
  • Market Insights and Reporting: Report market insights, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to headquarters.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets to contribute to business growth.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Languages: Mandarin (native/advanced) is essential for China coverage, while English (fluent) is necessary for regional coordination. Vietnamese, Tagalog, or Bahasa Indonesia are considered strong advantages.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in channel/partner sales within wealth management, real estate, or investment migration.
  • Network: Strong existing network of licensed migration agents and UHNW advisors is required.
  • Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently across multiple jurisdictions is crucial.
