We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Finance Leader to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and strategy across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional financial strategies aligned with global objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve profitability
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions
  • Maintain robust financial controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of finance experience in FMCG, consumer goods, food, or pharma sectors
  • Proven track record in commercial finance, category finance, and FP&A
  • Strong knowledge of governance, controls, and compliance frameworks (US GAAP / SOX desirable)
  • Experience in leading teams and developing finance talent
