Job SummaryThis role involves selling Maintenance & Support services to existing customers via telephone and face-to-face meetings. The successful candidate will specialize in renewing, up-selling, increasing, and closing maintenance/service contracts for the Europe region.
Key Responsibilities- BUILD AND EXECUTE A PLAN TO ACHIEVE ON-TIME MAINTENANCE RENEWALS FOR REGIONAL CUSTOMER PIPELINE IN COORDINATION WITH SALES TEAMS.
- ADMINISTER MS DYNAMICS, TRACK DEALS AGAINST BOOKINGS FORECAST, AND PROVIDE ONGOING REPORTING OF MAINTENANCE OPPORTUNITIES STAGE PROGRESSION.
- ISSUE TIMELY ADVANCE RENEWAL NOTIFICATIONS TO CUSTOMERS AND FACILITATE GOVERNANCE OF EXPIRED RENEWALS.
- PREPARE BIDS THAT INCLUDE INTERFACING WITH SERVICES & PROCUREMENT TEAMS FOR 3RD PARTIES, SUPPORT COST ANALYSIS, SCOPE & SLA, PRICING TOOLS & BID APPROVAL WORKBOOK.
- PREPARE COMMERCIAL QUOTATIONS AND SUBMIT TO CUSTOMERS.
- INTERFACE WITH LEGAL & FINANCE FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF NEW MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS, PAYMENT TERMS & ASSOCIATED T&CS.
- ATTEND CONFERENCE CALLS AND FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS AS REQUIRED FOR MAINTENANCE RENEWAL PRICE NEGOTIATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS.
A solid background in sales, preferably in the Telco / IT industry, with experience in Maintenance & Support and/or similar professional services selling background is required.
