
Remote Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Care Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service to our clients and customers.
Job Summary
This is a contract position that requires availability from Monday through Friday, with flexible hours ranging between 30 and 40 per week depending on client demand. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients and customers, responding promptly to their inquiries, feedback, and technical questions.
- Use your analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve service or product issues, providing effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
- Engage new and prospective clients to drive activation and utilization across multiple communication channels.
- Triage inbound inquiries and coordinate expectations for session requests with both clients and customers.
- Collect and report client and customer insights to help shape product and experience enhancements.
Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2+ years of experience in care support, client services, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to de-escalate and empathize with clients and customers.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to process improvements.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (such as HubSpot), chat systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, comfortable navigating new platforms in a fast-paced environment.
- Brings initiative and a customer-centric mindset, with a focus on continually improving the experience for clients and customers alike.
