Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Customs Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all jobs are actioned based on priority and within allowed KPI.

You will also follow standard operating procedures with the steps on how the process of vetting and compiling and/or Customs Administration is carried out. This includes checking special instructions to specific customers.

Additionally, you will report any irregularities as per SOP and send email communication to responsible parties for any missing documents for Customs clearance.

Active participation in project for process improvements and individual performance to meet/exceed expectations as defined in the SLA is also required.

Work under the direction of Team Leader/s and adapt to company culture and perform in line with values/behaviors defined.

As a DSV ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering set personal targets, i.e. Productivity, Timeliness and Accuracy.

Required skills and qualifications include the ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and provide excellent customer service.
