Key Responsibilities

  • Shipping & Receiving

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity, quality, and documentation.

  • Prepare delivery receipts, waybills, and other shipping documents.
  • Verify and record shipments against purchase orders and invoices.

  • Inventory Management

  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and updating inventory records.

  • Support cycle counts and physical inventory checks.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods.

  • Transportation & Scheduling

  • Arrange transportation for deliveries and pickups.

  • Track shipments and provide timely status updates.
  • Assist in route planning to optimize delivery schedules.

  • Documentation & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date logistics files and records.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and local laws.
  • Prepare reports on logistics performance, delays, and variances.

  • Coordination & Support

  • Act as a point of contact between suppliers, warehouse staff, drivers, and other internal departments.

  • Assist in resolving delivery issues, shortages, or discrepancies.

  • Support continuous improvement of logistics processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
    • At least 1–2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations (fresh graduates may also be considered depending on company setup).
    • Knowledge of shipping procedures, inventory systems, and warehouse operations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP/WMS systems is an advantage.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
