Job Overview

As a key member of our team, you will oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring secure and compliant handling of shipments.

  • Coordinate with transportation partners and service providers to facilitate timely delivery.
  • Manage documentation and track shipment progress across key milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth in the luxury goods sector by building strong partnerships with high-end clients and vendors.
  • Assist in preparing commercial documents such as quotes, proposals, and reports.
  • Support client growth initiatives and collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities.
  • Act as the company's local point of contact, supporting administrative functions and future expansion efforts.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Provide responsive customer support and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Will work together with a staff doing bill of sales and customer service.

Requirements

A degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field is required. Proven expertise in the airfreight industry, experience or knowledge in handling valuable cargo, proven experience in getting new accounts and managing existing accounts, and a strong understanding of logistics operations and market dynamics are also essential.
