Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics & Operations Specialist to support the Head of Supply Chain in analyzing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end logistics strategies.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management, preferably both. Additionally, they should possess excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Logistics Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Head of Supply Chain to develop and implement comprehensive logistics strategies that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Analyze and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and fulfillment to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
  • Fulfillment Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, finance, and customer service teams to support business objectives and ensure seamless operational alignment.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management, preferably both.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite.
  • Shopify experience.
  • Experience with Helium10.
