We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage key operational tasks, customer service, and maintain efficient workflows.

This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Enter purchase orders into accounting software, file them in a specific format, and maintain accurate records on a spreadsheet
  • Shipping Coordination: Communicate with the warehouse team to ship orders and update spreadsheets accordingly
  • Digital Access Support: Send eBook access to customers using designated software
  • Billing: Process invoices after order shipment, adhering to specified formats
  • Payment Tracking: Monitor payments through online platforms and follow up with customers for unpaid invoices
  • Bookkeeping: track expenses and income in accounting software
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer emails and inquiries related to orders promptly
  • Data Management: Conduct data harvesting and maintain organized records
Required Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
