Job Opportunity

This role involves creating and nurturing relationships through online engagement, aiming to establish a strong presence in the real estate market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media channels, fostering meaningful connections with agents, and contributing to the growth of our business.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and respond to all comments, mentions, and direct messages on our social media platforms within 24 hours.
  • Engage with followers' posts and stories to maintain a strong online presence.
  • Identify and connect with potential partners on LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Establish rapport with agents by commenting on their posts before initiating conversations.
  • Send personalized connection requests and follow-up messages daily.
  • Utilize tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite to track relevant hashtags and keywords, allowing us to stay informed about industry trends and engage with relevant conversations.
  • Manage automation flows for IG and FB using ManyChat to ensure timely and consistent responses.
  • Record all outreach efforts in our CRM (HubSpot or Pipedrive) for easy tracking and analysis.
  • Analyze which content drives the most engagement and refine our strategy accordingly.
Performance Metrics:
  • 100% of comments/DMs responded to within 24 hours.
  • 20+ meaningful agent interactions per day.
  • 30+ new Houston agents added to the CRM weekly.
  • 10+ recruiting conversations per week that progress beyond initial greetings.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to initiate and maintain engaging conversations.
  • Proficiency in social media management, particularly on Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Attention to detail and discipline in tracking outreach efforts.
  • A friendly, curious, and persistent approach to building relationships.
  • Experience in real estate, recruiting, sales, or community management is advantageous but not required.
