Job Title: Content Operations Specialist

This is a content operations specialist role that requires building and managing web pages using Contentful. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating web pages from wireframes or briefs, and possess strong QA skills.

The job involves turning wireframes and briefs into fully functioning Contentful pages, configuring components, embedding multimedia, and scheduling go-lives. Additionally, the candidate will manage localization workflows, clone and QA translated variants, ensure locale-specific slugs, metadata, and hreflang tags across 70 languages.

The content operations specialist will also perform end-to-end QA, design fidelity, responsiveness, accessibility, metadata, and analytics validation pre-launch. They will implement content updates and design/copy tweaks, manage redirects, and maintain accurate navigation elements.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, and have a process-driven yet adaptable mindset. They should also be proactive communicators who surface blockers early and have an ownership mindset.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience using Contentful to build and manage pages
  • Create web pages from wireframes or briefs
  • 2+ years of QA experience in digital marketing or content
  • Familiarity with B2B content funnels (blogs, pillar pages, gated assets, UTM conventions)
  • Proficiency with Slack, Google Suite, and project management tools
