Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced digital core builder to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in building and managing the Digital Core for our clients' businesses.

Your primary responsibility will be to configure and customize GoHighLevel sub-accounts, ensuring seamless integration with marketing, sales, and e-commerce systems. You will also design and implement smart automation workflows to simplify client tasks and boost productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Client Setups: Configure and set up new client sub-accounts, ensuring accuracy in company settings and email setup.
  • Creating Smart Automation: Design and build custom workflows to automate client tasks and enhance productivity.
  • Making Great Templates: Develop and customize templates for landing pages, emails, and forms that meet client needs.
  • Improving Our Work: Continuously look for ways to improve processes and stay updated on new GHL features.
  • Giving Good Support: Provide timely and confident support to resolve technical GHL issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • GoHighLevel Expertise: Proven experience working with the GoHighLevel platform, including workflow creation and account setup.
  • WordPress Experience a Plus: Familiarity with WordPress and e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce or Shopify is highly valued.
  • Desire to Learn and Grow: A willingness to learn and improve is essential, as well as a positive attitude and fit with our culture.
  • Big Picture Thinking: Ability to understand the bigger picture and find creative solutions to problems.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Confidence and skill in resolving technical issues.
