Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in the success of our retail operation. This leadership position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service
    • Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Customer's Needs & Wants, Recommend Product Solutions, Ask to Add Value & Appreciate the Customer
  • Lead a Team of Sales Associates in achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service
  • Assist the Store Manager with opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and loss prevention
  • Maintain a safe and productive work environment by enforcing policies and procedures
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of sales associates to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Previous retail leadership experience required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Working Conditions:
  • Work indoors in a moderate noise environment with adequate lighting and temperature
  • Ability to work outdoors in adverse weather conditions as needed
  • Variable work shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime
